At Fetchvana meet and greets are required for all services. This is when a selected sitter will come to meet both you and your pet prior to your event. This is best for everyone especially your pet. Creating a trusting relationship between your pet and sitter will add to your peace of mind. Each service request is customized based on the needs of our clients. By filling out our quote request form we'll have a better idea of what you want your event to look like. Once the quote has been received, it isn't finalized unless it has been approved by you. Before you approve the request you will have a call with a Fetchvana events associate to narrow down details and add any special requests.  

After your call confirming the details of the services with a Fetchvana events associate, you'll receive a details form. This will be a breakdown of all services and details discussed during the call along with price. Once the details form is approved, we require a 25% deposit.  This helps to secure your date and ensure we are staffed for your special day. You can pay using your credit card through our website, check, or venmo.

This call occurs 1-2 weeks before your event date. This will help to make sure we have all of the correct information and finalize any last minute details.
